All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

In a nutshell

In this role, you'll manage global festival and event partnerships, drive Red Bull's presence across key entertainment platforms, ensure seamless collaboration between HQ and markets, and deliver high-quality local execution while strengthening partnerships, supporting contract negotiations, and enabling teams to maximize brand impact and growth.

Management of On Premise Festival & Event Key Accounts

Oversee day-to-day operations with key festival partners, acting as the brand ambassador across multiple Red Bull departments. Lead the execution of partnership agreements, serving as the primary link between festival organizers and local markets. Coordinate contract processes in close collaboration with global legal teams and local markets, supporting the rollout and implementation across top regions.

Organize and host international partner meetings, including ideation sessions and Red Bull experiences, to drive collaboration and innovation. Own and execute local strategies to grow Red Bull's presence and activations at festivals, contributing to the overall On Premise Business Plan.

Track, evaluate, and report on event performance, ensuring alignment with global On Premise key account strategies. Continuously monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities, while ensuring strong alignment of festival partnerships with global On Premise key accounts, including hospitality groups - from coordination to negotiation and contracting.

Increase Red Bull footprint at key festivals

You'll drive high-quality execution at third-party events to maximize brand visibility, impact, trial, and consumption. Leveraging the global Red Bull event portfolio, you'll work closely with local markets to identify the most relevant assets for partner festivals.

By developing innovative On Premise marketing activations, you'll enhance consumer engagement and increase product consumption, while collaborating with brand marketing teams to create impactful activations and national campaigns that further strengthen Red Bull's presence at key festivals and events.

Through continuous sharing of global best practices, you'll inspire innovation and improvement, and in close cooperation with cross-functional marketing teams, you'll maximize festival impact while ensuring all activations meet Red Bull's premium brand standards and guidelines.

As part of your role, you'll train On Premise teams to deliver world-class event activations, with a strong focus on partnership management, effective negotiation approaches, and flawless execution.

Effective network & industry marketing

You'll build and nurture a strong network of external promoters, influencers, national decision-makers, and local scene experts. By applying industry marketing strategies, you'll deepen relationships with key stakeholders and teams, strengthening Red Bull's presence within the event industry.

Through ongoing market engagement, you'll identify new partnership opportunities across the global live entertainment landscape, contributing to Red Bull's continued growth and positioning within the broader event and hospitality ecosystem.

Embodying the Red Bull On Premise culture

You'll uphold and live the Red Bull On Premise culture by demonstrating the "Art of Musketeering" in every interaction. With a strong can-do mindset, you'll focus on opportunities, take a hands-on approach, and consistently drive initiatives forward.

Acting as a brand ambassador, you'll represent Red Bull and its products across teams and the broader On Premise network. At the same time, you'll ensure that all festival and event activities reflect Red Bull's premium image standards, consistently bringing the brand's core values to life.
