You lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater facilities for new and existing sites, ensuring sustainable and efficient solutions. Acting as the main interface between Red Bull and strategic partners, you translate stakeholder requirements into clear specifications and standards. You oversee system implementation, integration, and ramp-up to deliver projects on time and within budget. Building strong networks with designers and suppliers, you develop tailored contracts and tenders to secure optimal project execution. You continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and sustainability while managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations and authorities. Staying up to date with industry trends, you evaluate and adopt the best technologies to meet Red Bull's performance and environmental goals.

WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT

You lead the end-to-end solution design and delivery of water and wastewater facilities for new sites or upgrade existing facilities. You capture all interfaces and requirements from relevant stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications and standards with a strong sustainability focus. As the primary interface between Red Bull, our strategic partners & authorities during concept, tender and implementation, you ensure Red Bull's standards and optimal solutions are selected and implemented.

SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AND INTEGRATION

You design, improve, and execute the realization process for water and wastewater solutions. you oversee installation, configuration, and integration with existing infrastructure to ensure functionality and quality, defining and refining ramp-up scenarios, and procedures to deliver projects on time and within budget.

TENDER STRATEGY

You build and maintain a trusted network of designers and suppliers across water and wastewater engineering. You adapt and enhance Red Bull-customized contracts and comprehensive tenders for all project phases together with Red Bull Construction, Global Legal, and Global Procurement to translate technical and execution requirements into standardized, robust contracts.

PERMITTING

Together with our Partners and local operations you identify required permits and 3rd testing approval to guarantee continued operation of our facilities.

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

You collaborate with Red Bull Operations and strategic partners to pinpoint bottlenecks and streamline end-to-end water and wastewater management. You design and implement processes that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and lift productivity while safeguarding quality and sustainability.

CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY

You keep track on the latest technologies and trends, engaging vendors and visiting branche-specific fairs to benchmark solutions. You evaluate and select tools, platforms, and systems that meet performance goals and sustainability criteria, ensuring we adopt the best available technology for our needs.

RISK MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE

You proactively assess risks across scope, safety, quality, schedule, cost and implement practical mitigation strategies. You ensure compliance with relevant regulations, authorities, industry standards, and security protocols throughout design, installation, commissioning, and rampup.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in water management, water treatment, or wastewater treatment projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in water and wastewater treatment systems and technologies.
  • Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Structured, self-driven, and hands-on approach to managing projects and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on end-to-end project execution.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.535,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
