Your responsibilities

Strategic

• Order to Cash: Manage and optimize the end-to-end process from order to payment, ensuring global standards, KPIs and transparency.
• Sales & Operations / Capacity Planning: Lead the global S&OP process, aligning demand, capacity and supply while driving planning KPIs.
• Logistics & Warehousing: Define the global logistics and warehousing strategy, standardize processes and 3PL governance, and improve cost, service and delivery performance.

Operative

• Order to Cash: Manage daily O2C operations, KPIs and cross-functional issue resolution.
• S&OP / Capacity Planning: Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, balancing demand, supply and capacity while tracking planning performance.
• Logistics & Warehousing: Oversee 3PLs, transport and warehouse operations to improve cost, service and delivery performance.
• Cost, Budget & Working Capital: Manage SCM budgets, cost optimization and working capital performance.
• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean, digitalization and process standardization initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure regulatory and sustainability compliance.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and develop the global SCM organization and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

Your mission

As Divisional Director of Supply Chain Management and member of Trotec's global Senior Management Team, you own end-to-end supply chain performance across three lines of business (Machines, Service and Materials). You drive excellence in the core processes--Order to Cash, Sales & Operations/Capacity Planning, and Logistics & Warehousing--ensuring customer satisfaction, resilience, and cost efficiency. You align global functions and partners, set clear targets and KPIs, and continuously improve processes and systems to enable scalable growth.

Last but not least, under Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary for this position.
This amounts to EUR 66.740,94 gross per year for a full-time role (according to the Metal Industry collective agreement).
