Are you interested in serving as a central point of contact for internal and external communication and information, independently supporting the department's organization, and collaborating closely with the management team? If so, this opportunity may be an excellent fit for you.
The main focus of the role is to provide comprehensive organizational and administrative support. This includes organizing meetings and workshops, creating presentations, coordinating internal topics, and managing the related flow of information.
In this role, you'll oversee the back office, diligently completing all administrative tasks and ensuring efficient appointment and travel planning. You'll also handle budget coordination, including managing expense reports.
You'll act as a contact person for internal interfaces and coordinate meetings and workshops, such as those with market teams and quarterly engagement survey check-ins. You'll consistently support management, for instance, by assisting in the preparation and development of presentations.
You'll confidently coordinate the organization's topics and information, with a clear focus on priorities. Additionally, you'll optimize structures and processes to ensure efficient workflows as well as maintain internal information systems to facilitate quick data access.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.251 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
