Elsbethen, Österreich

Apply now

As a Global Head of Procurement Excellence, you will drive Red Bull's global procurement transformation agenda, shaping how procurement operates across all categories and markets. You will build and lead an enterprise-wide Procurement Excellence function, defining standards, governance, and digital enablement to ensure scalable, efficient, and compliant procurement practices.

Acting as the central point of truth for procurement policies, processes, and tools, you will partner closely with Data, IT, Finance, and Legal to embed best-in-class procurement standards into systems and ways of working. Through strong leadership and structured change management, you will enable global alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PROGRAM STEERING & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

You will establish and lead the Procurement Excellence function as a global enabler across all procurement areas. This includes defining the service catalog, capabilities, and collaboration model with key stakeholders, while building governance structures and ways of working to drive alignment and efficiency. You will own and steer the procurement transformation roadmap, ensuring clear milestones, KPIs, and execution plans are in place. By leading the Procurement Steering Committee and driving structured change management initiatives, you will ensure effective communication, training, and adoption of new standards and strategies across the organization.

GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE

You will define, maintain, and operationalize global procurement policies and guidelines, ensuring clear thresholds, approval processes, and compliance mechanisms are in place. By translating policies into practical tools, templates, and training, you will enable consistent global adoption. You will establish procurement performance management frameworks, including KPIs and reporting, while ensuring transparency in ESG compliance. In addition, you will develop and oversee a robust procurement risk management framework, coordinating monitoring and reporting with key stakeholders.

PROCESS EXCELLENCE & DIGITALIZATION

In close collaboration with Global Data and IT teams, you will define and drive the procurement digitalization roadmap, with a strong focus on vendor management, master data, and spend transparency. You will lead the harmonization of end-to-end procurement processes across P2S, S2C, P2P, CLM, and Supplier Lifecycle Management, ensuring consistent implementation across HQ and local markets. You will own and continuously enhance the Procurement Toolbox, ensuring it remains the single source of truth for standards, templates, and methodologies. Additionally, you will drive data transparency through dashboards and analytics while evaluating and integrating new technologies, including AI, to further optimize procurement performance.

ORGANIZATIONAL ENABLEMENT

You will build procurement capabilities across the organization by developing and rolling out global training programs for procurement teams, business functions, and local markets. Through structured onboarding, knowledge transfer, and clearly defined capability frameworks, you will professionalize procurement roles and ensure long-term scalability. By leading communication and change initiatives, you will foster a "one team" mindset and ensure strong adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
