Group Fixed Income Securities Trading (Bonds Trading) team has the purpose to facilitate all government and corporate and financial bonds trading (and sales) related activities within Erste Group, in order to service our institutional, corporate and retail clients, and to maintain Erste Group's overall leading position in CEE capital markets.

Your Tasks:

• Supporting our team in enhancing electronic trading, conducting data analysis, and contributing to algorithmic development.
• Bringing forward innovative improvement ideas and developing them together with us.

Your Background:

• Currently enrolled in a master's program at a university or university of applied sciences (FH) with a quantitative focus (e.g., quantitative finance, statistics).
• Interested in capital markets and the Central and Eastern European region.
• Possessing an excellent command of English (German or a CEE language is an advantage).
• Equipped with strong analytical and data‑driven skills (e.g., Excel, R, Python).
• Enjoying a cooperative and team‑oriented working style.
