In the Research Design team, we use research to support creativity, ideation, and editorial excellence across the organisation by providing teams with information, intelligence and analysis by uncovering athlete, audience, cultural and market insights.
During this internship, you'll get the opportunity to support the Research Design team in coordinating and processing internal Red Bull athlete interviews and conducting internal and external media and industry research. You'll also learn to project manage the output of research data to relevant stakeholders.
We are looking for a motivated talent to join us in March/April 2026 for six months.
On the Research Design team, you'll be tasked with processing of extensive source interviews with Red Bull athletes. With this material, you'll ideate with the rest of the team and turn the research into clear, concise intelligence that informs ideas and creative decisions.
You'll be crucial in the internal coordination of interviews with athletes and help in the post-production processing of source material to be disseminated to relevant stakeholders. This involves helping to run an extensive database of source material and research. We're looking for an exceptionally organised individual.
You'll be tasked with helping to run and continually update an internal platform that showcases the best of our findings from speaking with Red Bull athletes. This platform not only requires a meticulous attention to detail but a keen eye for story hooks, development angles, and a full understanding of Red Bull's tone of voice.
