INTRO

In this position at ZAUNERGROUP, you support all organizational and real‑estate‑related tasks. With your structured working style, you provide a reliable foundation for the team and take on responsibility within a dynamic work environment.

TASKS

• Supporting the administration and organization of company sites, prefabrication facilities, and warehouses
• Preparing, reviewing, and filing lease, tenancy, and service agreements
• Maintaining and updating all property‑related documents, plans, and records
• Providing comprehensive support to the team in all organizational, administrative, and real‑estate‑related matters
• Acting as backup for reception duties

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed commercial education (HAK, HAS, apprenticeship)
• Professional experience in property management or facility management is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and a structured working approach
• High service orientation and professional communication
• Reliability, accuracy, and discretion
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑focused mindset

SALARY

We would like to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary under the Metal Industry Agreement is EUR 2,199.15 gross per month. The actual salary ranges up to EUR 3,500.00 gross per month and will be determined together with you based on your qualifications and experience.
