Event -Campaign Specialist (f/m/d)

Location: Vienna, Austria

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute integrated event campaigns aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Co-Manage event logistics, including, vendor management, attendee registration, and on-site coordination when required.
• Create compelling event communications (invitations, follow-ups, post-event content) to maximize audience engagement.
• Co-manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
• Prepare pre- and post- briefing collect feedback, and analyze results to optimize future events.
• Report on campaign outcomes, ROI, and lessons learned to key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Project Management: Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting ideas and negotiating with stakeholders.
• Analytical Thinking: Capable of interpreting campaign data and making data-driven recommendations.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
• Maturity Level: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed degree in project management, event management, general management, or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Professional experience in event management/project management is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Event technology expertise is an advantage
• Willingness to work evenings
• Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English. Other language can be beneficial.

Our performance-based-salary models reward extraordinary commitment and success. The minimum annual gross salary is EUR 55.300,00. The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
