We are looking for a Responsible Procurement Governance Analyst to help drive ethical, sustainable, and compliant purchasing across our global supply chain. This is a high-impact role where you'll turn complex ESG risk data into clear, actionable insights that directly shape sourcing decisions, strengthen resilience, and protect the business while enabling responsible growth.
You'll play a central role in embedding responsible sourcing standards into supplier management and contracting, working hands-on with internal stakeholders and suppliers to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and accelerate continuous improvement across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics. Sitting at the intersection of procurement, sustainability, and risk management, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence real change, support regulatory readiness, and help build a more transparent, responsible, and future-ready supply chain.
Lead end-to-end supplier risk assessments across environmental, social, and governance topics, strengthening due diligence approaches to ensure compliance with current and upcoming supply chain legislation while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Analyse ESG, supply chain, and procurement data to support sourcing decisions, cost optimisation, and risk management by developing dashboards and reports, monitoring KPIs, supporting supplier evaluations and tenders, and identifying opportunities for efficiency, compliance, and sustainability improvements.
Coordinate supplier audits, track risks and KPIs, and deliver clear, insight-driven reporting to stakeholders, while supporting suppliers through corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives across multi-region supply chains.
Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of supplier risk frameworks, policies, and mitigation strategies, including emissions reduction initiatives, ensuring responsible sourcing standards are embedded into supplier management and contracting.
Partner with internal teams and suppliers to close risk management gaps, enhance transparency, and drive sustainability goals and objectives, building strong relationships to support responsible, compliant growth across the supply base.
