Senior Regional EU Health & Safety Manager (m/f/d)

What You'll Do:

• Support the development and global deployment of the Health & Safety Management System, adapting it for regional needs, governance, KPIs, and tools.
• Develop, review, and validate technical safety standards, guidance documents, and performance frameworks.
• Build and lead a global stakeholder network to assess current practices, identify gaps, and define future H&S requirements.
• Define regional competency, capacity, and resource needs to ensure sustainable implementation of the H&S Management System.
• Coach and train leaders and teams on new standards, provide front-line technical support, and drive continuous improvement in H&S performance.

What You Bring:

• several years of professional experience, including frontline FMCG or manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to regional or global H&S systems.
• Proven expertise in one or more key H&S risk domains and experience deploying behavioral-based safety programs to drive sustainable cultural change.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of collaborating across functions, cultures, and matrixed or decentralized organizations.
• Highly adaptable, open to evolving responsibilities as programs move from design to execution, with readiness for significant regional travel (40-60%).
• Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Italian, or French) preferred for EU-based roles.
