The Intern Compliance is assisting in the development, implementation, and management of the organization's compliance program to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves being involved in compliance projects, creating and updating internal policies, conducting training programs, and providing support with regular compliance inquiries. By ensuring that the company complies with international laws and regulations, this position helps protect the organization from legal and reputational risks while promoting a strong ethical framework.

Join us in February/March 2026 for a period of six months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

COMPLIANCE PROGRAM

In this internship, you'll support in developing, implementing, and managing the organization's compliance program to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

COMPLIANCE/PROJECT INVOLVEMENT

You'll take part in the conception, implementation, and company-wide rollout of specific compliance projects.

POLICY & GUIDELINE DEVELOPMENT

Get involved in drafting and refining internal policies and corporate guidelines. You'll help in the creation, development, and updating of internal policies and corporate guidelines.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

You'll help to develop engaging training materials and e-learning programmes that make compliance topics accessible and relevant to all employees.

COMPLIANCE NETWORK

In this internship, you'll be involved in fostering a company-wide Compliance Ambassador Network.

Additionally, you'll assist the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from all levels of the organization. Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance issues, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE & RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

You'll support with general research activities and administrative tasks.

Experience

That matter most for this role:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess legal and compliance issues and develop effective solutions
  • First experience in Compliance and/or Risk Management and/or a strong desire to develop expertise in these fields is desirable
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
  • Ability to stay current with changes in laws and regulations, and to adapt compliance programs accordingly
