In dieser Rolle analysierst du KPIs, erkennst Potenziale und setzt Veränderungen um, damit die Customer Journey dauerhaft hohen Standards entspricht. Du schulst und begleitest dein Team, lebst Best Practices vor und förderst eine kundenzentrierte Kultur.

Wir suchen Menschen, die sich an der Schnittstelle von Strategie und Umsetzung wohlfühlen. Du steuerst Teams, optimierst Abläufe und entwickelst sowohl die operative Effizienz als auch das Kundenerlebnis weiter. Du verantwortest den Verkauf, sicherst die Image-Standards und bringst Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung von Store-Design und Flächenlayout ein - in einem Umfeld, das Wachstum, Motivation und Inklusion fördert.

• Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft idealerweise im Einzelhandel
• Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise

In this role, you'll analyse KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement changes to ensure the customer journey consistently meets high standards. You'll train and guide the team, model best practices, and inspire a customer-centric culture by living the Energies method every day.

You're at the heart of the store - anticipating what's coming, reading what's happening and boosting what works.

We're looking for people who thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution - leaders who can manage teams, optimise workflows, and elevate both operational efficiency and customer experience. You'll oversee sales, maintain image standards, and propose improvements to store design and layout, while fostering a culture of growth, motivation, and inclusion.
