Support the Process Documentation, Mining and Automation team by helping to document and improve business processes. This includes mapping and analyzing current workflows, finding ways to make them better, and designing automation solutions while again modelling the outcome. Another one of your key responsibilities will be discovering new ways to interconnect those 3 areas and implementing those improved strategies. In addition, you'll also help communicate with Business Key Users as well as between Business Process Owners and developers to ensure project execution.
This is your chance to join us as an Intern in January/February 2026 for six months. We are seeking a motivated and talented individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our dynamic environment.
We offer you the chance to gain hands-on experience in operational process management within an internationally active corporation. You'll learn about process documentation and mining methods, as well as automation solutions and be able to apply them directly in practice. In addition, you'll learn all about the tools we have in use for those 3 areas.
During your internship, one of your biggest responsibilities will be finding new strategies for the 3 areas of process documentation, mining and automation to work closer together. For this you'll analyze the current situation and find solutions for optimizing collaboration and communication that will enhance the value not only within the team, but also for our business users.
You'll have the opportunity to support the team as well as conduct yourself process reviews, analyses and automation projects, allowing you to contribute directly to process insights and improvements. With this you'll keep documentation up to date while gaining deep insights into our globally functioning organization.
In this internship, you'll need to efficiently communicate not only within our teams and individual business key users, but also act as a bridge between business process owners and the technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
You'll have the opportunity to assist with change management activities, helping our team implement new processes and solutions while supporting the creation of a structured approach to change management within the area. This includes minimizing disruption and promoting adoption.
