As the Teamlead of CRM, you are responsible for the strategic, technological, and operational transformation of how we communicate with our customers. You ensure that we deliver personal, relevant experiences across every lifecycle touchpoint, in a scalable, efficient, and future-oriented manner. Your focus is on proactive process improvement, the seamless technological integration of all interfaces (our ESP, Shopify, loyalty platform, WhatsApp, etc.), and growing Customer Lifetime Value through smart automation and excellent content.

Your areas of responsibility
Strategic Responsibility
- Full ownership of the CRM toolbox: email, SMS, WhatsApp, letters, inserts, and the Premium Club.
- Development of a long-term CRM vision with a focus on automation, brand loyalty, and Customer Lifetime Value.
- Managing the unit based on modern KPIs (e.g., CLV, email & flow revenue share, NPS).Strengthening the role of CRM as a strategic business partner within the company.

- Further develop our loyalty club to leverage CLV and margin growth.
Lifecycle & Automation
- Expansion of AI-supported personalization, automated lifecycle flows, dynamic content, and smart segmentation.
- Identification of automation potential (e.g., automated loyalty tiering via Shopify/ESP API).
- Continuous process improvement to increase operational efficiency.
Leadership & Team Development
- Disciplinary leadership and transformation of the team towards new role profiles (e.g., CRM Specialist, Automation Manager).
- Focus on education and iteration of an ideal team setup that makes the CRM vision a reality.
- Fostering a learning culture with a focus on technical competence and a digital mindset.
Interfaces & Project Responsibility
- Close cooperation with Performance Marketing, IT, Content, Product, and Customer Support.
- Responsibility for cross-departmental projects focusing on customer processes and tools.
- Participation in roadmap and strategy meetings to actively shape corporate development.
Your profile
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in CRM, email marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in D2C e-commerceInitial leadership experience and the ability to guide teams through change and growth phases.
- Strong hands-on experience with an ESP (e.g. Netcore, Klaviyo, Emarsys, or similar) and very good knowledge of marketing automation logic.
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Proven experience in process optimization and scaling CRM or lifecycle marketing functions.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/data skills for KPI analysis and forecasting.
- Strong business acumen: comfortable owning and optimizing the full value chain from open rate to contribution margin, driving email revenue and Customer Lifetime Value while understanding their impact on margin.
- Strong operational focus with the ability to structure, improve, and document processes,
- Excellent German and very good English; French is a plus.

Salary
The collective agreement minimum salary is 2.535 € gross per month (on a 38,5-hour basis). The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and is between 3.350 € und 3.710 € gross per month (on a 38,5-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year. The collective agreement Handel mit Mode und Freizeitartikeln (Textilhandel) applies.
