We are looking for an analytical and business-oriented Site Controller to partner with our production sites in Herzogenburg, Tulln (Austria) and Dobroszyce (Poland)—key manufacturing locations supporting globally recognized products and representing a significant share of our production footprint.
In this role, you will act as a trusted finance business partner to plant leadership, driving performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring operational excellence through robust financial analysis and business insights.
This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.
Your key responsibilities
Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making
Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
Drive product costing, cost analysis, and manufacturing efficiency improvements
Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance
Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects
Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, controls, and cross-functional collaboration
Involvement in regional and global activities / projects
You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent English, communicative in German, with communication and stakeholder management skills
