What you will enjoy doing
Join our Regional Quality Assurance Team and drive standards, compliance and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites.
Support and further develop quality systems and standards across multiple sites in the region
Support local QA teams in audit preparation, assessments and compliance-related topics
Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions
Facilitate problem-solving activities and root cause analysis using established QA methods
Support plants in quality planning, testing methods and process control activities
Analyse quality KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Provide guidance and training on quality tools, standards and best practices
Support customer complaint handling and quality-related troubleshooting activities
Collaborate closely with production, OPEX and local QA teams across the region
What makes you great
Degree in Quality, Chemistry or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing, ideally in packaging, automotive or pharma
Good understanding of quality methods and tools such as FMEA, CAPA, 8D, SPC and audits
Experience with complaint handling, testing procedures and process control
Structured and practical approach to problem solving
Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting local teams through collaboration, training and knowledge sharing
Proactive and reliable way of working
Confident user of MS Office applications
Very good English skills
Readiness to travel up to 30% within the CEEU region
