What you will enjoy doing

Join our Regional Quality Assurance Team and drive standards, compliance and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites.

  • Support and further develop quality systems and standards across multiple sites in the region

  • Support local QA teams in audit preparation, assessments and compliance-related topics

  • Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions

  • Facilitate problem-solving activities and root cause analysis using established QA methods

  • Support plants in quality planning, testing methods and process control activities

  • Analyse quality KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Provide guidance and training on quality tools, standards and best practices

  • Support customer complaint handling and quality-related troubleshooting activities

  • Collaborate closely with production, OPEX and local QA teams across the region

What makes you great

  • Degree in Quality, Chemistry or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing, ideally in packaging, automotive or pharma

  • Good understanding of quality methods and tools such as FMEA, CAPA, 8D, SPC and audits

  • Experience with complaint handling, testing procedures and process control

  • Structured and practical approach to problem solving

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting local teams through collaboration, training and knowledge sharing

  • Proactive and reliable way of working

  • Confident user of MS Office applications

  • Very good English skills

  • Readiness to travel up to 30% within the CEEU region
