What you'll work on:
- Oversee clinical project development, managing the full lifecycle of clinical evaluation and trials from study design to final reporting
- Lead the execution of clinical studies for our AI-driven professional device, ensuring compliance relevant guidelines
- Contribute to building products from scratch, moving from initial clinical concept and strategy to successful market approval
- Design study protocols in close collaboration with clinical investigators
- Manage relationships with clinical sites, ethics committees, and external research partners to ensure timely trial initiation and data collection
- Perform hands-on monitoring and data verification, troubleshooting issues related to clinical data quality, safety reporting, and protocol deviations
- Collaborate with other departments (Engineering, Product, and Regulatory) to assess technical feasibility, clinical utility, and product-market fit
- Present trial results and risk assessments in reviews and stakeholder meetings
- Act as the primary clinical point of contact for clinical partners and medical experts
What you bring:
- Proficient in managing medical device clinical trials, with a deep understanding of clinical evaluation processes and regulatory requirements
- Fluent in drafting clinical study protocols, investigator brochures, and final clinical study reports
- Proven ability to iterate quickly and take ownership within interdisciplinary, fast-paced startup environments
- Background in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Dentistry, or Medicine (or equivalent practical experience in clinical research)
- Proactive, independent, and creative problem solver
- Fluent in English, and a collaborative team player

Salary
The actual minimum salary is 4,611 € gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year. The collective agreement Informationstechnologie, Datenverarbeitung (IT) applies. We're willing to overpay depending on your experience and skills.
