Join Atomic and help shape the digital backbone of a world-leading ski brand! You’ll take ownership of core product systems (PIM, DAM, PLM), driving their continuous evolution in a modern, international IT environment. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you’ll ensure our platforms are well integrated, scalable, and aligned with changing business needs.

You’ll also play a key role in transformation initiatives - helping implement new systems and evolve our enterprise IT landscape while contributing to innovation and high-quality digital processes.

What you will be doing:

  • Own and manage the PIM, DAM, and PLM application landscape (incl. their integration into the enterprise eco-system, e.g. SAP, Shopify, B2B portal) across run and change activities.

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog in close alignment with business and IT stakeholders.

  • Act as the main interface between business teams and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable solutions.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct line management responsibility.

  • Support ongoing implementation of PIM (Salsify) and DAM (Aprimo) as part of our eCommerce replatforming, and contribute to future PLM transformation initiatives.

  • Ensure effective integration of product systems into the broader enterprise IT landscape.

  • Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, interfaces, and architecture topics.

  • Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve systems, processes, and data quality.

  • Ensure stability, scalability, and performance of product-related applications.

Your profile and required competencies:

  • Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Several years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role in a complex IT environment.

  • Proven experience with at least one of the following systems: PIM (ideally Salsify), DAM (ideally Aprimo), or PLM (ideally Centric).

  • Solid understanding of system integrations and interfaces in an enterprise environment, experience with microservices and BUS-architecture a plus.

  • Experience working in cross-functional and international setups.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements in collaboration with IT teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.

What’s in it for you:

At Atomic, you’ll fuel your passion for skiing and the outdoors while working alongside a global community of passionate innovators. Rooted in the mountains and driven by a love for sport, we foster a collaborative and authentic culture where you’re empowered to push boundaries, grow your skills, and be part of shaping the future of skiing.

  • Discounts on quality products: Benefit from compelling discounts on our own-brand products (including Atomic, Salomon, Peak Performance, and more).

  • Cantine: Enjoy freshly prepared meals at our on-site canteen

  • Team of passionate innovators: Join a team of passionate innovators who share your love for skiing and inspire each other daily.
