The location of the role is in: Vienna

About the job

You will join a highly motivated and supportive team, focused on driving monthly performance reviews, enhancing transparency, and supporting effective business steering. In this role, you will have significant exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, including the Management Team and regional leaders. Your responsibilities will include providing data-driven insights and analysis to support our global organization. You will also gather and synthesize diverse data to draw actionable conclusions and help oversee the performance steering for both the group and regional teams, on a monthly basis.

In addition, your tasks will include

  • Supporting the business steering analysis - investigating the current and past trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintaining, updating and compiling PowerPoint slide decks that transparently support business steering monthly
  • Budget, actual, forecast comparison regarding global and regional KPIs (sales, costs, margins, financial key figures)
  • Reporting and analyzing the trends of KPIs and performance drivers to evaluate and address implications for the future performance
  • Proactively challenging and driving continuous improvement of existing processes through optimization, standardization, and simplification of reports
  • Ad-hoc business performance reporting

What we expect from you in terms of

Education

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting or similar areas of relevance
  • Data affinity and knowledge of MS Excel, XLCubed, PowerBI, PowerPoint, SAP, and other analytic BI or planning tools

Languages

  • English - Proficient/Fluent
  • Any other language is considered as an asset

Work Experience

  • A few years of experience in a finance area, supporting financial planning and analyses

The annual gross salary for this position will start from EUR 46.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification, experience, as well as your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that's in line with market values.
