Project Manager

Nomentia empowers treasury and finance teams to exceed expectations with treasury management software. As we continue to experience significant growth across multiple regions in Europe, we're excited to invite you to be a part of our international Professional Services team.

The Role:

Your main responsibility is to respond to the increasing customer demand for Cash- and Treasury Management SaaS solutions around Europe, focusing on customers in DACH region. As a Project Manager you will take care of planning and managing Nomentia's implementation projects. Outside projects, you will also operate as a planning and development advisor with chosen key accounts. You will ensure clients are well-equipped to utilize our solutions effectively and efficiently. To succeed in this role, you are keen on directing customer projects and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders. Ideally you are based close to our office in Vienna, but we also offer a possibility to work fully remotely in Austria or Germany.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define treasury needs and the processes with the customer.
  • Lead demanding customer project deliveries successfully.
  • Prioritize customer needs to ensure project success.
  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements & run implementation projects together with other internal project members.
  • Conduct trainings sessions and workshops about cash- and treasury management solutions for customers to ensure successful cooperation.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders.
  • Be the primary contact for the customer.
  • Ensure good connectivity between different internal systems, against customers integration layers and towards banks systems.

Requirements:

  • Work experience: minimum of 3 years of work experience in project management for a SaaS-company or in corporate treasury.
  • Project management: The ability to initiate and drive multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating a consultative and solution-oriented approach to work. Project Management certificate is seen as an advantage.
  • Functional proficiency: Knowledge in payments and/or treasury is seen as a great advantage.
  • Language skills: Native level German. Fluent English. Knowledge of other European or Nordic languages is a plus.
