To strengthen our motivated Group Sustainability Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Sustainability Services Manager (m/f/d). The role of the Sustainability Services Manager is to deliver internal and external sustainability-related services (life cycle assessments, product carbon footprint, recyclability, innovation) as well as develop new sustainability services. In addition, the role takes the lead on the development of internal and external communication materials as well as trainings.

Your Role

• You are a business partner for all internal and external product sustainability topics
• You manage and carry out comparative life cycle assessments according to international standards and develop the methodologies and tools further
• You manage and perform the recyclability and EPR fees assessments of our products
• You support the development of new sustainable product solutions with relevant KPIs and sustainability insights
• You develop our Sustainability Service portfolio further
• You manage internal and external sustainability-related trainings and communications

Your Profile

• You have a Master's degree with a focus on natural science or technology
• You have 8 years work experience, min. 3 years experience in a comparable position and like to work in an international and fast-pacing environment
• You have exceptional analytical skills, high affinity for numbers
• You are a talent in explaining complex sustainability topics to internal and external stakeholders
• You enrich the team with your proactive solution-oriented approach and hands-on mentality
• You communicate fluently in written and spoken English (C-Level), German is a plus

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at EUR 57,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
