We are seeking a highly skilled Expert on Performance Management & Talent and Succession to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a new performance management, talent management and succession management process across UNIQA Group. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage cross-country projects , excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive improvements at all levels.

What to expect:

  • Implement a comprehensive performance management framework that aligns with the organization's strategic goals across UNIQA Group, ensuring consistency and standardization across all our business units/ countries
  • Collaborate with IT and SAP consultants to ensure seamless integration and functionality of performance management processes
  • Lead the project team to ensure that the technical implementation of performance management processes within the SAP environment runs smoothly
  • Configure and customize SAP Performance Management modules from business perspective to meet organizational requirements
  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of performance management programs and make necessary adjustments to improve the process
  • Provide training and guidance to local HR teams and managers on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
  • Develop and implement Group-wide talent management review & succession planning mechanisms and roll them out across the UNIQA Group
  • Work with senior leadership to identify critical roles and potential successors
  • Developing and overseeing a comprehensive change management plan for the coordinated projects, to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the transition
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance understanding and deployment of the performance management/ talent management/ succession management practices across the business units/ countries
  • Ensure operational support for the implementation of Group-wide standard processes
  • Ensure compliance with legal, D&I and ethical standards related to performance, talent management & succession management

We expect:

  • Successfully completed studies preferably in human resource management, business/economics or social sciences or comparable qualification
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in an international environment in performance management and/or talent management including proven track record.
  • Proficiency in HR software and performance management systems, particularly SAP (SAP configuration and customization is a plus).
  • First experience with leading cross-country projects (ideally in a performance and/or talent management context) and willingness to work in an agile team set-up
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment and dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently on a strategic as well as on an operative level and to take full ownership of your field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high proficiency in English
