Your Tasks

  • Support Non-financial HR Data Reporting:
    Collect, Structure, analyze data, and report on global workforce Gather HR data, perform completeness and plausibility checks and generate reports and dashboards. Get involved in global reporting projects (e. g. ESRS reporting).
    Communicate with local organizations, collect supportive comments, qualitative details, and ensure data corrections
  • Develop Standard and Ad-hoc Reports:
    Create standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and report templates to meet the needs of various stakeholders, including HR leadership and department heads.
  • Enhancement of our HR Systems and digital (strategic) Processes:
    Evaluation and consulting of existing systems & processes based on change request - for Core Data module and strategic processes such as Performance, Compensation & Succession Management
  • Monitor Sustainability Program-related KPIs
    Provide regular updates, collect supportive comments, track progress towards goals.
  • Participate in Annual Report Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the creation of the annual HR report, ensuring accurate and meaningful data representation.
  • Corporate HRIS Roll-out Support: Actively participate in Corporate HRIS rollout projects, provide guidance on reporting.
  • Resolve Reporting Change Requests & Support Incident Tickets
    Create new reports & dashboards based on requirements, maintain existing ones, troubleshoot incidents.
  • Monitor Global HRIS data quality
    Create quality check reports, perform regular checks, follow up with countries. Maintain HRIS Report Center, replace outdated reports and templates, maintain proper naming and classification.
  • Actively participate in HRIS processes testing, support regular and ad-hoc projects (e. g. Engagement Survey), prepare presentations, create and maintain guidelines, provide trainings to the local organizations.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business, Data Science, or a related field
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in-depth Excel skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling large amounts of data
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Tech-savvy, IT-literacy
  • Experience in working with HRIS solutions, SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Excellent written and oral command of English, German skills are a nice-to-have
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Project management skills are a plus
