We are currently seeking for a dynamic and strategic Product and Marketing Director for our DACH region to lead and elevate our product management and marketing functions to industry leading standards. This role is crucial in driving innovation, shaping a futureproof organization fit for growth, and aligning our product strategy with market trends to ensure sustainable growth

YOUR ROLE

As the Product and Marketing Director for DACH, you will drive regional business growth while collaborating closely with counterparts in two other regions and the European Marketing and Product Director to take advantage of synergies and platform opportunities. You will prioritize key projects that deliver the greatest value to the business, ensuring alignment with market trends and strategic goals. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product and marketing strategies, delivering profitable product categories and roadmaps, and leading a high performing team. You will champion modern marketing practices, leveraging data driven insights and innovative approaches to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to build a modern, agile, and scalable organization. You will be reporting directly to the VP&GM DACH with dotted line to the European Product & Marketing Director.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the overall product management and marketing strategy for DACH ensuring alignment with regional business goals and market trends
  • Lead development of a profitable product portfolio that meets evolving customer needs
  • Create and implement a modern marketing strategy focused on digital transformation, customer centric approaches, and data driven decision making
  • Work closely with counterparts in other regions and functions to identify synergies and prioritize projects that offer the greatest value for the overall European business
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product development, go-to- market strategies, and postlaunch performance
  • Build and refine product roadmaps, ensuring they align with long-term business objectives and customer demands
  • Mature the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention
  • Champion digital marketing transformation and, in partnership with the European digital team, ensure the adoption of cutting-edge tools and techniques
  • Oversee marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social media, PR, etc.) to maximize impact and ROI
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of product managers and marketers to achieve excellence
  • Build a modern, agile organization that can adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and data driven decision making within the team
  • Embrace modern technologies, tools, and methodologies to ensure the product and marketing functions remain agile and scalable
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and disruptions, ensuring the organization is positioned for long-term growth and competitiveness

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in product management and marketing leadership roles in international manufacturing industries
  • Proven track of record in full lifecycle management from conception, through launch, nurture, and discontinuation
  • Proven experience in a senior product management and marketing role, ideally within a multi-region, European business
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and product development processes
  • Experience building and leading high performing teams
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact
