Performance and Development Manager (HR)

Full-time, Vienna Airport City

To further enhance our HR team, we are looking for a well-versed Human Resources enthusiast (f/m/d) : passionate about HR-related topics, eager to carry out daily tasks in your own way and excited to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Point of contact for employees as well as C-Level regarding HR-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective communication and support (in-house and external partners).
  • In close collaboration with departments and management you oversee the entire Performance Management, including strategic personnel planning, controlling, and evaluation.
  • Independently manage HR-projects while supporting colleagues and the Head of HR in recurring administrative tasks, reports, and audits.
  • Ensure continuous employee engagement by optimizing HR processes and systems (incl. Compensation and Benefits, Rating and Rewarding, etc).
  • Further develop and enhance our company culture of trust, transparency, open communication and honest feedback by applying your own experience as well as current HR best practices.

Your qualifications:

  • Completed education (University, FH, or comparable).
  • 3+ years relevant professional experience in a comparable position (ideally with independent HR Project Responsibility).
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international and diverse company.
  • Digital affinity and willingness to familiarize with new tools.
  • English on professional level.
  • Motivated, reliable, and proactive personality.

Salary:

The min. basic salary for this full-time position is EUR 3,250 gross per month, with the willingness for significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
