We are looking for a Quality Excellence Manager at the HQ in Salzburg who will operate in a cross-functional role in global quality management.

Your tasks:

• Developing a quality strategy and roadmap together with the global quality teams
• Ongoing development of the strategic and continuous improvement of the organization
• Performing audits of the production sites
• Accompany CI initiatives with internal and external partners and apply methods for process improvement
• Defining a training program to further develop the skills of the entire quality team

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in quality management, engineering, food science or similar subjects
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in quality management in the FMCG industry
• Knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, GMP, HACCP and regulatory requirements
• Experience with various methods (FMEA, 5S, Lean/Six Sigma), a certification is an advantage
• Winning personality with an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
• Fluent in English and German
