Job Description

• Supports financial planning processes
• Develops an in-depth understanding of existing business policies
• Reporting financial results
• Analyzing specific cost categories, differentiating between system-generated entries vs. manual bookings
• Consolidates and tracks quarterly performance against business plan key financial targets
• Supports quarterly closing, collaborating cross-functionally as needed
• Continuously contributes to process improvements
• Ensures accurate accounting entries for the area of responsibility and executes accounting activities(if applicable)

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business Administration
• Good professional experience in Controlling or/and Accounting
• Experience from Big4 firms and/or experience in the fields of energy, sustainability and production is a plus
• Able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness & problem solving skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
