Country Sales Capabilities Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Vienna
Team: Sales
Contract: Full time (38.5h/week)

As one of the leading domestic beverage partners, Coca-Cola HBC Austria supplies the entire Austrian market with a product range tailored to the needs of around 60,000 customers - 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Your main scope

As Sales Capabilities Manager you will be responsible with strategic planning and execution of capability agenda according to development gaps and priorities defined in business plan. Responsible that all trainings are delivered in high quality to optimally support development of competencies and skills for all commercial functions.

You will manage a team of 3-5 direct reports.

Your new key responsibilities

  • Design and implementation of strategies for the development of all commercial capabilities in collaboration with the Commercial Leadership Team, People & Culture Managers and Group Capability Team
  • Identification and coordination of specific training needs and content together with Commercial Managers
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of effective trainings for all Commercial Functions (Field Sales, KAMs, Marketing, … ) focused on Core Capabilities & Selling Skills
  • Conducting trainings and moderation of workshops as well as coordinating and leading the team of Sales Trainers
  • Preparation of the business plan for capabilities and trainings on a yearly basis in close collaboration with Commercial Leadership Team and Group Capability Team
  • Coordination of training activities - Screening the trainer market and coordination of external consulting services
  • Managing the training budget for Sales & Marketing function

Are these your secret ingredients?

  • Min. 5 years of work experience on similar roles or Sales (KAM preferred)
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Management
  • Excellent German and English
  • Structured and organized
  • Very good MS-Office skills
  • High communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of digital training tools and blended learning approaches
  • Networking skills

Salary:
We offer an attractive, market-based salary for this position. If you meet the above-mentioned requirements, you can expect a minimum gross salary of EUR 78.400 - gross/year (based on a full-time position / 38.5 hours per week, all-in). Depending on your qualification and experience an overpayment is provided.
