To strengthen our motivated Human Resources Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Compensation & HR Reporting Specialist (m/f/d).

Your Role

You are responsible for the HR-related implementation of regulatory and customer requirements (e.g. equal and fair pay, CSRD...) and the development of corresponding processes
With your expertise you contribute to the implementation of a group-wide job architecture & remuneration structures
You are the reporting interface to our Finance & Sustainability team
You enjoy international collaboration with colleagues from across the MM Group

Your Profile

You have a degree, ideally with a focus on Finance or HR or you have an equivalent qualification
You have 3-5 years of professional experience and sound knowledge of HR controlling, compensation and project management in an international organization
With your structured way of working, it is easy for you to develop compensation structures or efficient processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
Your excellent Excel skills as well as good knowledge of SAP SF or a similar reporting tool make you the perfect candidate
You communicate fluently in written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at EUR 60,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
