Do you want to drive fanwear activations for over 20 different Red Bull teams and events, such as Oracle Red Bull Racing, RB Leipzig, Red Bull KTM Racing Team, FC Red Bull Salzburg, and more? Then come and join our team!

In this role you'll work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all activities are in sync with the overall sports and event calendar.

EMAIL MARKETING

In this role you'll support the creation, scheduling, and analysis of email marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement and drive growth. You'll also help identify and analyze target groups to tailor messages effectively for different audience segments as well as analyzing market trends and competitor strategies. Furthermore, you'll plan, execute, and optimize various email marketing campaigns. Additionally, you'll support the creation of use cases to demonstrate how email marketing can drive engagement and conversion. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance will be part of your responsibility as well as providing insights to optimize future strategies.

SOCIAL MEDIA

This role is the voice of Red Bull Shop on social media, as well as creating and executing engaging content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales in close alignment with the marketing team. Developing a strong understanding of our community of over 20 teams and events is essential to thrive in this role. The planning, creation and scheduling of compelling social media content as well as monitoring social media trends and tracking performance metrics will also be part of your role.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION

In addition to managing social media and email marketing tasks, you will collaborate with the Red Bull Energy Wear Marketing Team to create and develop social media marketing activities, as well as assist with on-site content productions.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

• University degree in Marketing/ Business / Communication
• Experience of at least 3 years in email marketing and social media
• Fluent in English, German is considered as an advantage
• Proficient in creative content production (expertise with Adobe Creative Suite is essential)
• Experienced in managing external creative agencies
• Fluent in the language and culture of the internet
• Extensive knowledge of social media and email marketing platforms, including technical details for publishing at scale
• Strong ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and find solutions that work well for all parties
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Skilled in analyzing social media and email marketing data, and incorporating insights into daily content and publishing strategies
• Capable of educating large audiences on best practices and global strategies
• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial 'can-do' attitude, focusing on innovative solutions.
• Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
