Global Finance Business Partner SCM (f/m/d)
To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a Global Finance Business Partner SCM (f/m/d). As a co-decision-maker together with the Management-Team of the function Supply-Chain-Management you keep an independent view on opportunities, risks and challenges for the organization. Strong coordination is required between Procurement, Supply-Chain-Management, Operations, Sales and PLM&E. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis (from 25 hours/week).
Your Responsibilities
- Leading development of financial evaluation standards of Make-or-Buy Process and monitor strategic Make-or-Buy Business Cases
- Creation of business-plans and critical challenging of assumptions (advocatus diaboli)
- Further development of the internal management reporting, KPI-set-up and overall reporting-set-up (including tools)
- Strategic planning, definition of measures and follow-up for supply chain initiatives
- Provide transparency regarding financial- and non-financial performance of the function and the current transformation program (support the PMO with responsibility from financial point of view)
Your Qualifications
- University Degree in Business Administration / Finance or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in controlling and/ or supply chain management in an industrial environment
- Analytical, value-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent and structured working methods
- Excellent communication skills across departmental boundaries, Fluent in spoken and written German and English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Intrinsic motivation with ability to drive change and implementation

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50.286,18 based on full-time employment.
