Global Process Manager (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cross-process coordination: ensuring interfaces and consistency within processes as well as coordination between production sites and the Group headquarter
• Process design and creation: development and creation of cross-divisional processes up to concept readiness
• Process optimization: continuous improvement of cross-divisional processes based on internal performance feedback, changed framework conditions, process evaluations and audit feedback
• Moderation and mediation
• Process adjustments: management, coordination and follow-up of process adjustments as well as content quality review of process changes
• Execution of process assessments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Several years of experience in a similar role in process management
• Ideally additional training in process management (e.g. (S)PcM certification)
• Proven experience in planning, executing and optimizing processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
• Very good written and spoken English
• Strong soft skills such as communication, facilitation, mediation and conflict management
