People Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (m/f/d)

Advancing Vaccines
for better lives


  • Develop and manae reporting processes and data analysis on People Data and HR compliance topics
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, data maintenance, and data governance for HR
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, design, and implement key performance indicators and metrics to measure and drive HR compliance initiatives
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support informed decision-making
  • Support audits and internal controls related to HR compliance


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics, reportig
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge in data analysis and reporting using Excel, HR information systems, Power BI and/or analytics tools
  • Experience with HR data privacy and protection
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 52.000,- gross per year based on full-time employment. However, our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
