About the internships

• You will get business and operational insights into the Swarovski company - the Home of Crystal
• The internships last from 1 to 6 months in 2023 depending on the specifics of the project
• You will practice your skills in areas such as: Glass Production and Refining, Cutting department, Quality Inspection & Packaging, Process Management in Production
• You will have a possibility to practice your skills in the development of various processes in production, process automatization, digitalization, optimization and efficiency, lean management or product development
• Depending on the department you will also have a possibility to learn about costs analysis and KPIs in production, quality data management, process of handling complaints, work in glass laboratory or handle tasks connected with safety, energy and environment
• You will also assist the designated department with their daily responsibility and projects
• We offer an attractive renumeration that includes social benefits such as an in-house canteen, sports facilities and many more

About you

• You are a university or HTL student and at least 15 y.o. at the start date of the internship
• You are interested in process optimization, research and/or production processes
• You take ownership of assigned tasks and have a hands-on mentality
• You have very good verbal and written communication skills and like to work in the team
• You have an advanced level (B2) of German and English languages

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum salary according to the collective agreement is EUR 1.758,54 gross per month for full-time positions.
