Innovation Manager (f/m/d)

Salzburg - Hybrid | immediately | at least 30h per week

Your profile:

• Academical education and job experience in innovation-management
• Knowledge about project management & good presentation techniques
• Distinctive communication skills & diplomatic talent
• Assertiveness in cooperation with project partners
• High degree of independence, analytical and conceptional skills
• Knowledge of German and/or English in spoken and written, advanced MS Office skills

Your responsibilities:

• Support in building up and expanding our PHS innovation communities (internal and external)
• Trendscouting & evaluation of ideas
• Organization & moderation of innovation events
• Leading of regular project steering meetings
• Cooperation with external partners (e.g. universities, consultants, networks)
• Support of team members regarding various strategy projects
