What you'll get to do

As our Team Lead Digital Marketing, you will be digging into our performance channels for multiple markets and leading a team of digital marketing experts to deliver growth week over week. You'll be responsible for driving business growth and revenue outcomes by filling the sales funnel with plenty of high-quality leads and optimising the sales funnel to drive the highest commercial outcome. You will manage different paid channels with your team to maximise their impact and collaborate across the business to keep on top of performance.

Among other things, you will:

  • Oversee a number of European regions within Digital Marketing Team and report directly to our Head of Marketing
  • Set up and optimise different paid channels for lead generation &identify new opportunities for lead generation in the markets
  • Work across the largest advertising platforms, strategic media partners and leverage our existing database to create the optimal channel mix
  • Dig deep into performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and lead the team in exceeding their KPIs
  • Collaborate with our Sales, SDR and data teams on ways to optimize full-funnel conversion
  • Work with the Content Marketing team to develop engaging creative and high-performing landing pages
  • Give inputs to the web development and marketing automation teams to improve campaign performance
  • Love working with data and tools to drive performance improvements

Who you are

  • Our ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven way of working, bringing expertise in paid online marketing channels
  • You have team lead experience and a proven track record in leading people to exceed performance marketing targets, preferably in a B2B business.
  • You have experience with CRO and marketing automation
  • You are results-driven and KPI-focused, ready to take ownership of your responsibilities
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus

The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from EUR 56,700.- to EUR 63,000.-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
