How You'll Make Your Mark

In this position, you'll…

  • Leading an international team of business experts to successfully evaluate and validate business demands for advertising campaigns within Buying Services
  • Leading different global projects within the Assortment Planning and Control team in close cooperation with the International IT (IIT) and ALDI SOUTH Group business teams
  • Establishing coordinated advertising processes and procedures with representatives from all of the ALDI SOUTH Group countries
  • Evaluating and optimising existing and new advertising solutions and recommending improvements to continuously accelerate the development of the global template
  • Continuously developing and motivating your team to fulfil their full potential
  • Managing the ongoing assessment of assortment benefits and the associated financial planning for countries in close cooperation with a number of international departments

Candidate Profile

The requirements for the role are…

  • Professional experience in buying processes and procedures
  • Experience in team leadership and in managing the associated administrative tasks
  • Experience in project and/or process management
  • Feeling comfortable and confident with working in an internationally diverse environment and organisation
  • Good English language skills, German skills are beneficial
  • A positive, determined attitude with a high level of self-motivation and strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced work environment, to consistently meet deadlines and to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to estimate risks and problems and to find proactive solutions together with your team

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 96,800.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
