In our team you'll be responsible for bringing the Red Bull Athlete & Event Marketing activities and projects to the next level.

SPORTS MARKETING

In this role you'll get a wide understanding of the Sports Marketing world of Red Bull. You'll gain extensive experience in the field of Athlete & Event Marketing through supporting internationally driven projects on different levels. Furthermore, you'll learn about Red Bull's 360° Marketing approach, understand our internal processes and apply the knowledge in your day-to-day tasks.

SYNERGIES AND NETWORKING

Another part of this role is to identify synergies between Athlete & Event Marketing. Thereby you'll strengthen the global network of Red Bull Sports Marketing Managers in many different countries by collaborating with international teams.

PROJECTS

Throughout the Red Bull Graduate Programme, you'll be also working on your own projects and take over more responsibilities in driving business success in the area of Sports Marketing. Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

• First work experience in the field of job area (e.g. internships)
• "can do" mentality, open and solution oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Personal experience (such as athlete, trainer, manager, event/project organizer, etc.) and high interest in all kinds of sports
• Skills as a "connector", multilateral thinker and understanding/openness to different cultures.
• Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in the relevant job area (completed before July 2023)
• Fluency in English, any additional language is a plus
• 0-10
