To strengthen our Global Sales Controlling Team, we are looking for a graduate at our Headquarter in Fuschl am See. In this role you'll support the Global Sales Controlling Reporting manager in various projects, conduct ad-hoc analysis, ensure the data quality of planning and reporting tools, act as a business partner and support our local entities with your knowledge.

REPORTING & PLANNING

One of your major tasks in this role will be the creation of reports. Here, you'll be responsible for the preparation of our month-end closing and the conduction of various analyses in the controlling field. You'll also coordinate timings and input which are needed during our budget process. To summarize, we want you to become an expert in reporting, planning, and forecasting.

SALES CONTROLLING PROJECTS

As a graduate, you'll work on different projects in the controlling and reporting field. Here, you'll assure data quality in order to optimize the usage of our planning and reporting tools. In addition to that, you'll be a main contact point for our subsidiaries and support them with your knowledge. Lastly, you'll also be responsible for your own project.

• Proven excellence in your academic life
• First work experience in the field of job area (e.g. internships)
• "can do" mentality, open and solution oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• IT literate, excellent MS Excel knowledge, familiarity with any ERP system and any integrated business analysis tool is a strong plus
• Ability to quickly identify and analyze risks & impacts and able to define alternatives
• Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in the relevant job area (completed before July 2023)
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
