The On Premise environment, such as bars, clubs, restaurants, events and hospitality is where magic moments happen and the unexpected takes over. Red Bull has played a key role in the On Premise industry for years. Valid sales and execution data is needed to drive the business strategically, tactically and operationally.

The landscape of sales application systems continues to change, leading to the implementation of a new sales execution tracking tool in the global On Premise team. As a Trainee, you will support the smooth transition from old to new in all its facets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As a Trainee, you will support the business project team throughout the implementation of the new tool in all aspects by e.g. defining and executing user acceptance tests as well as supporting the transition projects globally.

DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT

In our team, you will be responsible for designing, creating and maintaining the tool's knowledgebase which contains use case specific training material, user guides aso.t).

Post Go-live Support

In this role, you will assist the business support team with incident, request and change management to ensure smooth operations of the system.

• First work experience in the field of project management is an advantage
• Strong analytical ability, conceptual and technical skills
• Proven excellence in your academic life
• "Can do" mentality, open and solution oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or similar (completed before July 2023)
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
• 0-10
