You would join a team that works on the global and holistic process of Business Planning, done via the Business Planning Tool (BPTool). This internal tool is used globally in Red Bull to plan the upcoming year's goals and strategy. This allows gaining a 360º overview and knowledge of the company with hands-on experience from different perspectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In this role you'll learn how to successfully manage and execute projects in an agile & iterative approach while driving the projects to achieve Business Plan targets.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

You will support and help coordinate the HQ requirements changes on the Business Plan between the various stakeholders as long as communicate them. You'll also support the translation of these changes to the IT department for implementation and testing.

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

You will support the management of the Business Plan Portfolio inside a SharePoint page together with the department in which the global strategy is presented to the countries in the form of videos and presentations.

USER SUPPORT & TRAINING

You will have the chance to help and support our global users during the active Business Plan phase while help improving and updating the training and the materials for the Business Planning Tool.

• First work experience in the field of job area (e.g. internships)
• "can do" mentality, open and solution oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving & can-do working style
• Proven customer service and relationship building as well as influencing skills
• Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in the relevant job area (completed before July 2023)
• Fluency in English
