As Production Management Trainee you'll combine the two worlds of moving images and music at the Red Bull Headquarters in Salzburg. It's not news to you that the combination of moving images and music is becoming increasingly important, e.g., platforms like TikTok rely heavily on music-driven content. In this role you'll therefore understand and drive the combination of the two worlds of content creation and music, and how we need to adapt our processes. Also, you'll create awareness and expertise for the importance of specially produced social content for the fast-changing world of social media platforms and the impact/demand of those platforms.
You'll oversee every stage of a Culture project production from initial planning and budgeting to schedules and contract negotiations related to music rights and usage. In addition, you'll be involved in content planning and ideation for social media outlets in alignment with your colleagues from the Culture Network Teams and work hand in hand with other departments involved in the production processes. Last but not least you'll ensure music availability for music driven content.
