As Content Development & Podcast Trainee you'll be working with the teams that come together to tell good stories. You will support the producers with the in-depth research, preparing concept decks, liaising with production and will understand storytelling on a deeper level. There is also the opportunity to assist producers on-ground with podcast recordings and shoots. There are many moving parts that come into play when creating content at Red Bull Media House and you can become part of them by joining this role.

CONTENT IDEATION

In this role, you'll ensure research for different stories and formats: from podcasts, to short form video, to TV

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

You'll also have the opportunity to assist on shoots and recordings as well as being the liaison with production and network producers.

COUNTRY SUPPORT

Last but not least, you'll be helping countries with their content productions by sharing best practices as well as providing expertise when needed.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

• Proven excellence in your academic life
• First work experience in the field of job area (e.g. internships)
• "can do" mentality, open and solution oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Interest in podcasts and other forms of content and storytelling, with a passion for various topics that the World of Red Bull entails
• Previous experience in a radio, writing, podcasting, or creating content of any forms is considered a plus
• Premiere Pro knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in the relevant job area (completed before July 2023)
• Fluency in English
• 0-10
