(Junior) Sales Manager/Executive

Snapscreen (Austria) seeks an enthusiastic (Junior) Sales Executive based in Vienna to help support the regional and international development of our innovative visual search technology product portfolio. See more about Snapscreen at snapscreen.com

The successful candidate will report to the SVP Commercial and CEO.

Job description:

  • Assisting in the identification, development and closure of all new business and revenue opportunities in North America, Latin America & EMEA with digital sportsbook operators and gaming providers, affiliate providers, media entities, content providers, professional sport leagues and collegiate associations. Work with assistant to identify and communicate with sales prospects
  • Creating and supporting all critical proposals/legal contracts/technical interactions between Company and new/existent clients
  • Ensuring prospects are closed with a view to revenue maximization
  • Managing the Company sales ledger
  • Sales and revenue reporting
  • Identifying and attending conferences and other targeted opportunities to meet clients
  • Communicating sales information to the marketplace
  • Creating/updating sales strategy based on current and future Company product roll-out
  • Aligning product development closely with customer expectations
  • Such consulting and advisory services as the Company reasonably requests in connection with the operation of the Companys business from time to time

Client Management:

  • Ensuring all partners are effectively managed
  • Establishing standard and consistent communication protocols between Company and partners
  • Escalating, managing, and resolving conflicts/issues as required
  • Communicating critical product updates to clients
  • Developing and implementing client training programs as required
  • Support the development all sales & marketing materials/collateral including websites, brochures, blogs, and technical documentation

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in SaaS or B2B software sales
  • Educated to university level
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken) Spanish an advantage
  • Basic competency and understanding of Microsoft Suite, CRM systems ideally Hubspot
