Sr. Engineer, eMotor Test, eDrive (m/w/d)

Role Summary

As part of a highly motivated team you are the first to contact regarding eMotor test within a project. With a high sense of responsibility for quality, time and costs and good communication skills you are significantly contributing to success. Your main tasks will be:

• Responsibility of correct execution of tests on internal and external testbenches
• Planning the time, costs and needed equipment for the scheduled tests
• Coordination and delegation of DV and PV in a project
• Responsibility of test specifications based on internal and external requirements
• Support creation of requirements (requirements engineering)
• Evaluation of test data and documentation of test results, interpretation of the results
• Alignments internally and with customers, suppliers and scientific partner
• Facilitation of internal knowledge transfer and cross-department collaboration
• Proactive disclosure of risks and continuous improvement of internal work processes

Requirements and Qualifications:

• University degree in the disciplines electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, physics or comparable
• Multi-year experience in the testing field and in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of relevant standards
• Preferably experience in data processing with Matlab and Python
• Interested in electrical machines and drive engineering, enthusiasm for eMobility
• Good command of German and English

Salary:
For this function, we offer an attractive compensation package that matches your individual experience and qualifications. The gross monthly salary corresponding to the metal collective agreement for 38.5 hours is at least 60.000 EUR (p.a.). Overpayment is possible according to your experience and educational background.
