You understand the challenges of our customers as well as the requirements of the market and implement creative solutions in reality?
You have already gained experience as a product manager and now want to manage your own product portfolio and the life cycle of your systems in the formwork sector? Or do you already manage complex projects and lead your project teams with enthusiasm to the goal and success?

Take your chance and strengthen the business unit "Engineered Formwork and Infrastructure" as product manager.

In our team you will take over the following tasks:

  • Preparation of market potential analyses and business plans for the strategic management of the product portfolio "climbing technology"
  • Leadership or collaboration in innovation projects from idea to market launch
  • Creation of sales and marketing concepts
  • Operational management of the life cycle of products and their continuous improvement
  • Developing arguments for the sales organization and conducting internal and external product trainings
  • Active promotion of the exchange of experience and knowledge within the company

Qualifications

  • Completed technical training with a high degree of business understanding
  • Ideally experience in the field of civil engineering
  • Experience in product or innovation management is an advantage
  • Strong customer orientation - sales experience coupled with entrepreneurial thinking
  • Proactive, inspiring personality with pleasure in international as well as interdisciplinary cooperation
  • Structured and analytical way of working with fast comprehension skills
  • Very good knowledge of English, any other languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Additional Information

  • You organize your working hours independently and flexibly, as there are no fixed core hours.
  • You can work in your home office to a certain extent or alternatively use our shared offices in Linz or Vienna on a daily basis in addition to your workplace in Amstetten.
  • Doka offers an attractive working environment, e.g. a staff canteen with freshly cooked food, vitality and sports facilities, and a wonderful working atmosphere.
  • For this position, a salary in line with the market is offered, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience. We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 42,558.88 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
