As Head of Marketing (f/m/x) at SQUER, you play a key role in the development and implementation of our marketing and branding concepts. In addition, you will continuously take care of market monitoring and strategic positioning for future expansions.

Head of Marketing (w/m/x)

(w/m/x) Fulltime - hybrid working model - Vienna (Austria)

Your tasks:

  • Conception and further development of the brand and marketing strategy: You have full responsibility for the conception and further development of the brand and marketing strategy, taking into account current trends and company goals. Brand and marketing strategy also includes the development of innovative Employer branding solutions in collaboration with our people-ops team.
  • Content Creation and Channel Management: You analyse the most effective communication channels for our industry and plan the content creation and publication. You work with different people in the company to create creative and varied content.
  • Budget responsibility: You create and monitor the marketing budget. At the same time, you are responsible for defining and defining marketing KPIs.
  • Event and conference management: Together with our experienced team, you optimize and manage our events and conferences.

Your qualifications:

  • A completed degree with focus on marketing/business administration/sales or at least 5 years of practical professional experience in a comparable marketing role, ideally with event management know-how.
  • You enjoy creative content management from graphic design to editorial support.
  • You have solid knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analysis tools.
  • You are a team player who has a hands-on mentality, a high level of commitment and initiative.
  • You have a pragmatic and solution-oriented attitude.
  • You have a strong understanding of text, image and design.
  • You bring along affinity in the field of software development and are also willing to carry out coding in the area you are responsible for (e.g. on the company's own websites)
  • You have very good written and spoken English skills in order to be able to communicate as well as possible with your colleagues and customers.
