Our client is one of the world's leading real estate service companies and has an excellent reputation in the market. Currently they are looking for a Head of HR (f/m/x) for the headquarters in Vienna. The significant growth of the company in the last few years has led to a higher diversity of teams, to complexity of processes and the need of a boost in HR Business Partnering functions as well as long-term workforce planning. As an HR professional, you are people driven with strong interpersonal skills and also an operational person, that will act as a business partner providing professional HR expertise and supporting as well as coaching the employees located in Austria.
In this position you will be implementing Human Resource strategy and working closely with business leaders and the line management providing expert solutions on a variety of HR matters. You will be responsible for key business drivers for HR strategy and effective HR processes including workforce planning, performance management, employee management, training, development and legal compliance. Moreover, you have the overall responsibility for the recruitment process. As a part of the global change management, you will implement projects and work directly with the management board and partnering with the Service Center. You will also be responsible for budgeting, planning, reporting and controlling in cooperation with the Finance department as well as analyze and interpret data. As Head of HR you will lead a team of four people, motivate and challenge them and take care of overall employee retention.
For this position you have a Master's Degree in HR, Business or Management and experience in a similar position with a proven track record. You are used to work in an international matrix structure and have solid understanding of HR fundamentals such as Austrian labor law, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and experience in developing the company's HR culture. Fluency in German and a very good command of English is also a must as well as strong interpersonal skills and an open/cross-cultural mindset. Additionally, you are well organized and IT-affine. The adequate annual remuneration package involves an estimated EUR 80,000 to 90,000 plus bonus p.a., (including the possibility of overpayment) depending on the level of expertise and experience. In addition, you would benefit from professional and personal development.
