Database Engineer (m/f/d).

What can you expect if you join us?

• You are in charge of designing, setting up, administering and monitoring our PostgreSQL databases
• You will work on identifying the best ways on how to save and process large amount of data (~8TB) (load balancing, performance tuning)
• Last but not least, you'll get the chance to shape how the future of our products will look like

You will be a fit for our team if

• You have at least 2 years of fulltime working experience with PostgreSQL
• You have knowledge of Linux / Windows operating systems
• You have scripting and automation skills in a database environment
• You have conceptual and analytical skills
• You enjoy collaboration and working in a team
• You are allowed to work within the EU Borders, preferably you are located near Vienna
• You are fluent in English

You will impress us if

• You have experience with backup and recovery as well as disaster recovery topics
• You have knowledge of script and PowerShell programming, as well as performance analysis / performance tuning
• You have knowledge of server, network and storage systems
• You have a high sense of responsibility
• You have GCP experience
• You dare to lead, and to discover new ways of solving complex problems
• You are curious and willing to develop yourself continuously, personally, and professionally
